• Regulations carry repeal and amendment lineage, so a citation resolves to the version in force on the date you ask about.
• Forty years of bills, amendments, and legislative records from the Bureau of Legislative Research archive, 1987 through the current biennium. If it moved through the Arkansas legislature in four decades, Justinian can find it.
• Agency decisions from the Tax Appeals Commission, the Claims Commission, the Insurance Department, and DESE due process, alongside DEQ permits refreshed hourly.

Drafting from your agency’s own authority

Rules, enforcement orders, and permits are drafted against the actual Arkansas Code, your agency’s regulations, and the federal requirements that bind them, with the citations in the draft. Historical regulation search is now its own tool, so “what did this rule say in 2019” is a question Justinian answers precisely instead of approximately.
